OAK HILL, W.Va. -- An undercover drug buy netted three arrests in Oak Hill, police say.
Thomas Buckland, 54, of Hinton and Lionel Bragg, 32, and Toby Romine, 51, both of Florence, S.C., were arrested Sunday afternoon in Oak Hill, according to a statement issued by the Oak Hill Police Department.
Members of the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force conducted an undercover investigation Sunday afternoon. An undercover officer bought 30 30-milligram Roxicodone pills from the men, the statement said.
Officers stopped the men in a traffic stop after the transaction was complete. A search of the vehicle turned up 70 additional Roxicodone pills and two guns.
Bragg and Romine were charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, transporting a controlled substance into the state and conspiracy. Buckland was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy.Bragg and Romine remained at Southern Regional Jail on $100,000 bond. Buckland was free on bond.
