U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin says 60-year-old Rosalie J. Seabolt of Spencer was sentenced Friday federal court in Charleston. U.S. District Judge also ordered Seabolt to make full restitution.
Seabrook was the bookkeeper at Kimco Inc., an oil and gas company. She worked at Kimco and a related company, Roy G. Hildreth and Son, Inc., for more than 25 years.
