Police: 1 dead, 3 injured in Huntington shootings
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Huntington police have identified a man who was kicked out of a bar, returned with a gun and began shooting inside before he was fatally shot by an employee.
During the exchange of gunfire early Friday, three people suffered gunshot wounds. They were hospitalized.
The Herald-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/1jWBtpu) reports that the shooting at Shoop's Bar followed the gunman's altercation with a woman, getting him tossed from the establishment.
Lt. John Williams says a bar worker had a concealed weapon and returned the gunman's fire, killing him. Williams says the three injured by gunfire don't have life-threatening injuries.
Williams says police interviewed the worker. He says the Cabell County prosecutor's office is reviewing the incident.
Police identified the gunman as 25-year-old Antonio Devon Brown of Huntington.
